Shipping and Sales Policy

Return Policy:

We accept exchange/replace item within 30 days when you (the customer) receives the merchandise. Buyer will have to pay the return shipping cost regardless of any reasons, there are no exceptions! We will process RMA within 7 days from the date the item is received. We exchange/replace item(s) only if the item(s) is in the same condition as shipped. Item must be returned in its original packaging and condition. If the item is damaged and/or is missing items, the cost of the damage and/or missing items will be deducted from the refund. There are no refund for shipping costs. Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees.

Unwanted product returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and merchandise must be in the unused condition. Products that show obvious signs of use will be return and no refund will be given. A 25% Restocking Fees will apply on any Items which are Unsealed and in some limited cases where the value of the item has been reduced through the buyers actions.

If you receive a product that is defective or is damaged, please contact us within twenty four (24) hours of the date you received the item.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not make a purchase on this website.

 

Shipping:

All items are shipped as quickly as possible within 3 business day from the day payment clears from a verified Paypal account. All shipping Fees will be paid for by the buyer. No Items will be shipped until payment clears. We ship with USPS and for larger items FedEx and/or UPS.

If you have special shipping request you must include it in the note to seller and/or contact us before your purchase at sales@partzwiz.com.

We ship only to locations within the USA. International buyers must contact us fist before making a purchase. All items are shipped from the USA.

Be sure providing us with your correct and valid shipping address: We can NOT change the address from the PayPal confirmed address and we can NOT cancel any order after the item has been shipped.

ANY ITEMS SHIPPED TO ANY FREIGHT FORWARDING OR INTERNATIONAL MAIL FORWARDING BOXES ARE ONLY DELIVERED TO THE ADDRESS REQUESTED UPON CHECK OUT. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FREIGHT FORWARDING OR INTERNATIONAL MAIL FORWARDING COMPANY TO GET THE PACKAGE TO YOU AFTER WE HAVE DELIVERED IT TO THE CONFIRMED ADDRESS. IF THE ITEM LEAVES THE COUNTRY FOR ANY INTERNATIONAL DESTINATION IT WILL VOID ALL RETURNS AND WARRANTIES.
